Who operates Terrium

Information we process
When you create a guest account, we store your chosen display name, a generated account identifier and authentication credential, rating, match actions and results, statistics, ranking position, and friend-match invitations. Your display name, rating, and match information can be shown to opponents and in rankings. Please do not use your real name or contact details as your display name.
The app stores your preferences, tutorial progress, and ad frequency information on your device. The credential is stored in device-protected storage on mobile devices. Our service and infrastructure may process IP addresses and technical request information to deliver and protect online play.
If you opt in, Firebase Analytics processes app usage events and Firebase Crashlytics processes crash reports and device/app diagnostics; Firebase Remote Config processes app and installation information to deliver configuration. Google AdMob and its partners may process device, network, advertising, and consent information to serve and measure ads. The exact data depends on device settings, region, consent, and SDK configuration. We do not ask for your email address, precise location, contacts, or payment details to play.
Purposes and providers
We use data to operate accounts, matches, rankings and friend invitations, prevent abuse, diagnose problems, improve the game, and display and measure advertising. Cloudflare hosts the game API and database. Google provides Firebase and AdMob. These providers process data under their published privacy and data processing terms; we require appropriate safeguards for information shared with them. We do not sell account or match data.
Your choices
You can delete your account in Settings. This removes your active account, rating and statistics, and disconnects your identity from retained opponent match records. An active match is forfeited. You can change advertising consent from Settings where the privacy options control is required and available; device settings offer additional advertising controls. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of data that cannot be managed in the app.
Retention
Your active guest account, rating, and statistics are kept until you delete the account. Finished match history is deleted no later than 365 days after each match ends. Safety reports are deleted no later than 180 days after creation. When an account is deleted, its identity is removed from any opponent match history that remains; a match with no remaining players is deleted. Report text linked to the deleted account is erased. Other limited operational records may be retained where necessary to protect the service or comply with law. Firebase, AdMob, and Cloudflare apply their own retention schedules to information they process. Contact us for a specific deletion request concerning those services.
Age and changes
Terrium is intended for people aged 13 or older and is not intended for children under 13. At first launch, the app asks players to choose an age group (under 13, 13–17, or 18 or older) and saves the group and the date of the age check. It asks again after one year. Players aged 13–17 may use online play and non-personalized ads with teen age treatment and age-appropriate content restrictions; optional Firebase diagnostics are disabled for them. Players under 13 may use local play only and receive no ads. If you believe someone under 13 has provided information, contact us to request its removal. We may update this policy when our practices change and will revise the effective date above.
