Delete your Terrium account

Open Terrium, go to Settings, choose Delete account, and confirm. If you cannot access the app, email takahirofuruya460@gmail.com to request account deletion. Include your guest display name so we can locate the account. We may ask for information to verify that the account is yours. Do not email your authentication token.

Request deletion of specific data

To request deletion of some or all associated data without deleting your account, email takahirofuruya460@gmail.com. State your guest display name and which data you want deleted. We will review the request and explain any data we must retain for service operation or legitimate safety and legal reasons. Do not email your authentication token.

What account deletion does

Deletion removes your active guest account, rating, statistics, and credential from your device when deletion is completed in the app. If you are in a match, deletion forfeits it. Opponents' match records may remain without your account identifier, and records with no remaining players are deleted. Report text linked to your account is erased. Finished match history is deleted no later than 365 days after the match ends; safety reports are deleted no later than 180 days after creation. Other limited safety and operational records may be retained where necessary; third-party services apply their own retention schedules. See the privacy policy for details.
